The present general conditions apply to the exclusion of all others. They can be accessed at any time on our website, and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
Any person purchasing a ticket or item confirms that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions, which thus form part of each ticket or item sold.
THE LAB endeavors to offer to the purchasers a professional service of quality.
THE LAB can in no way guarantee a flawless and uninterrupted provision of services related to the sale of tickets, nor can it exclude intrusions in computer systems or misuse of third parties. Ticket prices are in Swiss Francs, including VAT (if applicable and according to the current rates).
The tickets are delivered to the buyer only if the payment has been authentified and validated. This authentication and validation are the sole responsibility of the credit agency used by the purchaser or, respectively, of the body to which the agency has given the mandate for these checks.
The resale of tickets is prohibited. Only tickets purchased at an official point of sale (dreamscapegeneva.com, Dreamscape Geneva at Confederation Center) are valid.

THE LAB will provide adequate security at the venue but cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever.
